The right mold for your parts
Our design lays the foundation for the optimal mold right at the beginning of the project. A well thought-out plastic mold is not only the key to a flawless final product, but also to stable production processes. They later guarantee on-time supply to your customers in series production and keep mold maintenance costs low over the entire product life cycle. A good reason, therefore, to consider the matter in advance.

Always everything in the best condition
We have our own tool maintenance department that takes care of the maintenance and servicing of your tools. High-temperature tools in particular are very maintenance-intensive and therefore require intensive servicing and care.
Thanks to our well-equipped machine park, we are able to carry out virtually all repairs and modifications quickly and easily on site. This means that downtimes can be avoided, guaranteeing on-time delivery of your parts.

High temperature materials have many convenient properties. They are characterized by their high strength their resistant to wear, high fatigue, high continuous operating temperature and their resistance to aggressive chemical as well as radiation. This results in superior components with a much longer service life and other convenient properties - sustainably and cost-effective at the same time.
To be able to process these materials, you need the right equipment, including peripherals, as well as the know-how and experience. We purchase our raw materials directly from the manufacturers and thus have quick access to various material grades. This also allows us to procure specially modified materials quickly and easily if they are needed by your application.

At neugart, we offer you numerous options for further processing. If you like, we can take care of the manual or machined post-processing for you. If we are unable to carry these out ourselves, we also work together with external service providers as needed. We coordinate the manufacturing steps and integrate them into the production process. If required, we assemble, mark and pack your parts or assemblies according to your specifications and wishes.
